ZedFlows is a Netherlands-based software company. We build a platform of pre-built AI Apps for the MKB (Dutch SMBs) and small and mid-sized businesses across the EU. An ops manager installs an App in three fields and a click, and runs it the same day — no integrator, no canvas to learn.
The team works on the parts an SMB does not want to staff: invoice extraction, document Q&A, lead intake, KPI reports, support triage. Each App is shipped with an EU AI Act risk classification, an audit trail, and a hard cap on execution so the monthly bill is predictable.
The platform is hosted in Azure West Europe. Customer data does not leave the EU. Customers bring their own LLM keys — Azure OpenAI, Mistral, OpenAI, or self-hosted — so prompts never pass through our accounts. A GDPR Data Processing Agreement is attached on plan upgrade.
